In times of crisis, some people turn to art as a creative outlet and stress reliever. Art therapy involves the use of creative techniques such as drawing, painting, collage, coloring, or sculpting to help people express themselves artistically and examine the psychological and emotional undertones in their art. I thought art may be a way for us to stay connected at my company while we are all distributed across the world. With that in mind, I introduced the “20 days of art” challenge in my office where many participated.
